As a health and lifestyle strategist I partner with busy women supporting them to achieve optimum wellness, as they move through the different stages of life 

 After a long career in the corporate world, I decided on a radical change and returned to formal study, pursuing a life-long interest in natural health and wellbeing, and qualified as a Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

Prior to studying, I spent several years as a volunteer, mentoring in women’s groups which reinforced my decision to specialise in supporting women in their 40’s and 50’s, experiencing those transitional years, where life can be hectic and time for themselves too often takes second place.

Health information is everywhere today, yet so few of us implement the advice long term as often it is delivered in cookie cutter fashion and very generalised.

As individuals, however, we all have very specific life demands, health history and all the additional areas we are trying to juggle on a daily basis. It’s important that any changes we make need to reflect our individuality and preferences or they become unsustainable.
When this happens, we find ourselves looking, once more, for the next diet or programme or latest and greatest answer being promoted to fix our issues. I’ve been there !!
